Community Relations

The E-470 Public Highway Authority strives to positively impact the qualityof life in our member jurisdictions, as well as the surroundingcommunities in the metro area. Therefore, the Authorityparticipates in chambers of commerce, economic development agencies,and other organizations to strengthen our relationship with thosecommunities.

Business Relations

The quality, well-planned developments occurring along the E-470 corridorprovide a win-win situation for E-470 and communities. The Authority works closely with developers, reviewing development andconstruction plans early on, and providing comments through memberagency referrals. E-470 continues to build strong relationshipswith the business community so that continued development opportunities
will have a positive impact along E-470.
